See you soon! ♡ - PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES & SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT - POLICIES SUMMARY: • DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your total. Remaining balance is due via cash, Zelle, or card on file. Deposit amounts may vary by service. • REFUNDS: No refunds are provided for any services. My priority is your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully pleased with your service, please reach out to me promptly so I can make every effort to address and resolve your concerns. • LATE POLICY: There is a 15-minute grace period. A $10 fee applies if you're over 10 minutes late. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation and require a new appointment and deposit. • SICK POLICY: Please do not attend your appointment if you're sick. If you arrive visibly ill, your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. PERMANENT MAKEUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED IF: • You are under the age of 18. • You are pregnant or nursing. • You have a serious health condition. • You have a serious skin condition such as: eczema, psoriasis, rashes, sunburn etc., especially near the brow area. • You have any transmittable blood disease (HIV, Hepatitis, etc). • You are currently on Accutane or have been in the last year. • You have gotten a chemical peel within the last four weeks. • You are currently taking blood thinning medication. LAMINATION, HENNA, AND HYBRID TINT IS NOT RECOMMENDED IF: • You are pregnant or nursing. • You have had recent brow permanent makeup (within the last six weeks). • You have a serious health condition. • You have a serious skin condition such as: eczema, psoriasis, rashes, sunburn etc., especially near the brow area. • You have very sensitive skin. • You are currently on Accutane or have been in the last year. • You are currently taking blood thinning medication. • You are allergic to PPD (para-phenylenediamine) or topical numbing. PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENT: • Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment. • Avoid alcohol and ibuprofen for 24 hours before your appointment. • Stop using skincare products with Retin-A or Retinol at least one week before your appointment. • Facial botox treatments must be done at least two weeks before your appointment. • Wear comfortable clothing on the day of your appointment. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, please kindly remember that our time is equally valuable. When you make an appointment with us, that time slot is exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly request at least 48 business hours notice.
RESCHEDULING: You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment through your confirmation email to transfer your deposit. You may reschedule two times before your appointment is canceled and a new deposit will be required. Failing to reschedule within the 48 hour timeframe will result in your deposit being forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment. To cancel your appointment, use the email confirmation link or text 480-954-9484. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will incur if it is not within the 48 hour timeframe. Deposits are not transferable for cancellations. No call, no show appointments will be charged an inconvenience fee of 100% of the service price.
